What it looks like in practice
Delivery is scoped according to the audience, objectives and setting. It may take the form of individual coaching, a team workshop, a professional-development session or a tailored organisational program. We confirm the content, format, delivery arrangements and fees before the engagement begins. Participation does not imply certification or accreditation unless this is explicitly confirmed for a separate recognised program.
How to engage or refer
Request a quote or a scoping call through the organisation enquiry form or call (02) 6257 7222. Tell us who the audience is, roughly how many people, and what you want to be different afterwards. Training is fee-for-service. Plan-specific training for an NDIS participant's team can form part of their behaviour support, subject to the plan.

Common questions
Can training be funded from a participant's NDIS plan?
Training the support team to implement a specific participant's Behaviour Support Plan can form part of their NDIS behaviour support, subject to the plan. General staff training is funded by the organisation.
Do you offer online delivery?
Yes. Most workshops have an online version, and we can run hybrid sessions for teams spread across states.
