Stuart Kasule

Director & Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner

Stuart is a NDIS-registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Director of Circles of Support Plus. With over 7 years’ experience, Stuart specialises in supporting children, young people, and adults with complex needs, including autism, intellectual disability, ADHD, psychosocial disability, and trauma-related behaviours. In addition, Stuart is a certified Suicide Prevention Trainer with LivingWorks and has worked on mental health and community resilience projects globally.

Stuart's practice is grounded in strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centred, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks. He is passionate about collaborative planning, capacity building, and delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support that reduce behaviours of concern, and promote dignity, safety and long-term wellbeing.

Caitlin Mlejnek

Director & Behaviour Support Practitioner

Caitlin is a NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 12 years of experience across the disability, therapeutic support and child protection sectors. She has extensive experience supporting people with complex trauma, autism, ADHD, and psychosocial disability. Her career includes roles as a Disability Support Worker, Advanced Child Protection Practitioner, Therapeutic Specialist, and Practice Leader, equipping her with a deep understanding of systems, risk, and the impact of lived experience.

Trained in Therapeutic Life Story Work, she brings a deep understanding of behaviour as communication. Her approach is collaborative, grounded in human rights, and shaped by trauma-informed and strength-based practice. She works alongside families, schools, and allied health teams to deliver Positive Behaviour Support that is practical, sustainable, and person-centred.

Moses Adesola

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Moses is a NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience across youth residential care, disability services, and therapeutic support settings. He supports individuals with a wide range of needs and backgrounds. His planning is informed by data, functional assessment, and real-world experience.

Moses develops strength-based, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that are practical, preventative, and person-led. He works closely with clients and their networks to ensure long-term outcomes are sustainable and dignity-driven. His calm and creative approach, coupled with a belief that behaviour is communication, makes him a trusted partner for NDIS participants navigating complex behavioural challenges.

Andrew Kyamagero

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Andrew is a NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support to children, young people, and adults across diverse community and support settings. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed and person-centred care, Andrew specialises in supporting individuals with disability & complex behavioural needs. His work is grounded in human connection, values-led planning, and creating environments where people feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.

Andrew is committed to culturally safe practice, working alongside participants and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to develop behaviour support plans that are respectful, practical, and grounded in lived experience and personal values. He combines evidence-based and trauma-aware behavioural strategies with deep empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Peter Owoeye

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Peter is a compassionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with over seven years of experience in the disability and mental health sectors, working across government and community-based settings. His background includes complex case management, behaviour support and crisis response. Peter holds qualifications in Human Services, Community Services, and Disability Support.

Peter is committed to trauma-informed, person-centred practice that uplifts participant voice and autonomy. His strengths include multidisciplinary collaboration, de-escalation strategies, and capacity building across a range of care environments. With a collaborative and culturally responsive approach, Peter develops person-centred Positive Behaviour Support Plans that focus on participant voice, dignity, and long-term independence.
