Circles of Support Plus was built to meet a genuine gap in the community support sector: providing Specialist Behaviour Support and therapeutic services that are practical, evidence-informed and designed to be implemented across the environments where people live, learn and receive care.
We work with children, young people and adults whose needs may involve behavioural complexity, emotional regulation difficulties, developmental delay, disability, trauma experiences, psychosocial vulnerability and involvement with multiple service systems.
Our approach draws on the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, therapeutic and developmental research knowledge, trauma-informed practice and safeguarding principles.
We recognise that effective support requires an understanding of the whole person, including their communication, relationships, culture, environment, experiences, strengths and existing support networks.
We work collaboratively with individuals and the people involved in their daily lives to develop practical strategies that promote safety, independence, participation and meaningful, sustainable change.
